From 1 May 2011, the department must publish information that it routinely provides to Parliament. Below are links to some of these documents.

Appointments made and vacancies to be filled for Department of Employment Portfolio Bodies

Senate Order of Continuing Effect No. 15 requires government departments and agencies to table a list of portfolio appointments made and vacancies for a specified reporting period at least one week before each Senate Estimates hearing. The list of portfolio responses is published on the Department of Employment Senate Order - Appointments made and vacancies to be filled.

List of departmental files (Harradine Report)

Procedural Order of Continuing Effect Number 12 requires each Department to publish a list of the titles of all relevant files, including new parts of existing files, created in the preceding six months commencing on 1 January and on 1 July. The list is published on the Department of Employment Senate Order - Listing of Departmental files.
