Transfers Guideline

Job seekers may transfer between providers for a range of reasons. Transfers can be automatic or involve a manual process, and can be initiated by the job seeker or a provider.

Transfer arrangements support continuity of servicing when job seekers change location, and reinvigorated servicing where a job seeker is transferred as a result of Maximum Time Transfer. Transfer arrangements also support job seeker choice regarding their provider.
