Participants are generally expected to participate in Transition to Work Services for 25 hours per week for up to 12 months. Providers work with Participants to set an appropriate mix of Activities or Services to support full participation in Transition to Work Services.
Providers are required to ensure Participants are aware of and meet the service participation requirements.
Participants who fail to meet the requirements agreed in their Job Plan may be Exited from Transition to Work. Those Exited who are receiving activity-tested Income Support Payment (Group 1 and 3) are referred to jobactive or a NEST provider.
Providers are required to identify and action Work Refusal Failures and Unemployment Failures by Participants.
