Direct Registration Guideline (jobactive)

If you have trouble accessing this document, please contact the Department to request a copy in a format you can use.

This Guideline helps providers to identify whether a person is eligible for Direct Registration for jobactive Services, New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) and related services and provides details of the requirements when Directly Registering such a person.

Eligible individuals may seek to participate in jobactive Services, NEIS and related services without going to the Department of Human Services (DHS) and can Directly Register with a jobactive provider, NEIS provider or Harvest Labour Services (HLS) provider. The relevant provider is responsible for determining a person’s eligibility for Direct Registration and registering that person for Services.
