Assistance to Participants and Appointments Guideline

This Guideline specifies ParentsNext Providers’ responsibilities for assisting Participants, including booking and managing Appointments, meeting the minimum Service standards in the ParentsNext Deed and ParentsNext Services Guarantee, and delivering the servicing strategies, approaches and activities detailed in the Provider’s Service Delivery Plan.

Appointments are an opportunity for Providers to build rapport with Participants, review Participation Plans and identify suitable local services and activities to meet the needs of each Participant and their Education and Employment goals. This guideline consolidates and streamlines the Assistance to Participants Guideline v1.1 and Appointments and Activities (Appointments section) Guideline v1.3. This version provides further advice and clarification.
