Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the STSOL.

I am the owner of a nail salon in Osborne Park , WA. I tried to find a manager who can help me manage everything with customers and quality of nails for my shops but it is really hard for me find. Young people who born in Australia is not enough experience to do this stressful job. I am trying with a girl from Korea for this occupation with 457. But I realized that DIBP is trying remove the Hair and Beauty Salon Manager out of the sponsor list. My lawyer ask me to do a survey and hope that can keep this occupation stay in the list. Because if I can not find a quality manager for my business, it will going down definetely. I wish you guys should keep this occupation stay at the list. Thank you.
