What occupations should be added to the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)?

Please also include occupations that you propose should be moved from the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) to the MLTSSL.

Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the MLTSSL.

Shortage of experienced recruitment consultants.
The industry has grown since the GFC so sever competition for limited number of candidates.
It's limiting our growth as a company.
If our current consultants have to return to their country of origin this would cause a considerable economic loss.
If the recruitment consultant is taken off the list we will almost likely off shore the position.
