Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the MLTSSL.

The Training and Development Professional includes the Training and Assessor role in Mining. In the Drilling sector, we are short on trained, competent Drillers and VERY short on competent Trainers and Assessors to deem these people competent. If we don't have competent Trainers and Assessors to deem Cert II, III, IV and Diplomas competent, our Mining sector will be crippled.

Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the STSOL.

The Mining sector is Very short on competent Trainers and Assessors. Without these people we cannot deem Cert II, III, IV and Diploma levels competent which we are short on as well because the Driller title has been removed from this list... this is crippling the mining sector.
