Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the MLTSSL.

I personally work in Government sector as a Recruitment Business Partner. Imagining a life of an organisation without a Recruitment Advisor/Consultant/Business partner is extremely difficult and rough. We are experts in the Government sector employment Act to ensure the entire recruitment process runs as per strict legislation and build strategies to attract and retain the best talent in an organisation. No doubt this occupation requires special skills and capabilities. We abide by the law and educate the executive level people on how to attract the best talent. None of us can deny the fact that people are the heart of an organisation; those people are attracted, retained and taken care of by the Recruitment Advisors who are highly skilled in their job. We cannot support removing this occupation from the list.

Considering an agency, Recruitment is an option for graduates. This is where recruitment agencies, and the consultants they employ, come in. Using their knowledge, expertise and judgment, recruiters are able to match talented candidates to business' job vacancies, providing the expertise they need to grow their business.
