Interactiveinc is a small, family owned specialist digital recruitment company established in 2009 in Sydney. Over the past 9 years, finding Recruitment Consultants that do not require a 457 VISA is extremely difficult for our business. Since inception, we have sponsored three of our employees, one who remains with us 3 years later. Recruitment has a large staff turnover due to the nature of the business. Providing VISA options to consultants helps our business maintain and train staff that tend to remain in employment with us longer. In addition, Recruitment Consultants from other countries, particular the UK provide our business with international recruitment opportunities. Interactiveinc is on the panel for several large conglomerates namely WPP, RGA and the Australian Government's Digital Transformation Office. Our lengthy time in the industry means we are trusted and valued but finding ongoing suitable Recruitment Consultants is the number one issue we face in our business on a daily basis. Given our mix of staff ratio has always been 30% reliant upon being able to provide sponsorship for Recruitment Consultants, it is imperative that this occupation remain on the MLTSSL list. In addition to this we run a significant Labour Hire department, that is also approximately 40% employment of casual workers on Working Holiday Visas.
