223112 Recruitment Consultant

Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the MLTSSL.

I work within a massive recruitment of 200+ employees in our office alone, of which many are currently on work visas from abroad. Removing recruitment consultant would not only keep those affected stuck within one employer, but also send a lot of people home who would otherwise be working tirelessly, paying taxes, and raising Australian GDP. This is one industry that would be incredibly hurt by taking this occupation off the list, and that decision would subsequently drown the talent market available.
