Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being added to the MLTSSL.

We have a great shortage of skilled recruitment consultants in Australia/NZ and as a long term recruiter/owner/operator of a recruitment business for 30 years, we need overseas talent who are much more skilled and hungry to take on the challenges of the ever changing recruitment world. The talent pool in Australia/NZ is small and as recruitment is a global market place now, we need the expertise of talent from other countries. There is no more important situation than employing quality recruiters from every sector of the globe to take up the challenge of recruiting the best possible staff for Australia/NZ as we want to make sure that we continue to make our mark on the global stage with the right talent.

Yes

For all the same reasons I have previously mentioned, but so that gaps can be filled in the ever changing market place.
