Please outline the evidence or data that would support these occupations being removed from the MLTSSL or STSOL.

I am employed as a recruitment consultant with one of the biggest recruitment companies in the world. With my experience, I can categorically say that Recruitment is not a skilled profession. The role of a recruitment consultant is sales. Pure and simple sales that anyone can learn and succeed as. When you call any recruitment agency in Australia - Hays, Robert Walters etc - to enquire about Recruitment Consultant roles, they will tell you it is a sales role. This is not a skilled job and the industry has no shortage or requirement for 'skilled' migrants
