We are a small recruitment business built on sourcing and placing recruiters into recruitment businesses. We have been in business for over 3 years and have first-hand experience on the high demand for experienced recruitment consultants within all major cities. Until the changes to the Visa scheme last year, we secured roles for experienced consultants from across the globe. Many of these consultants have become a valuable asset for both their businesses and clients. In a candidate short market, it seems incredible that occupation of recruitment consultant id being considered for removal from the short term visa scheme. In our opinion, it should be moved to the long-term visa. Qualified recruiters help businesses grow by finding valued hires in less time.

It is imperative that you keep Recruitment Consultant on the short term visa scheme. Experienced recruiters are a valuable asset to Australian businesses. They help businesses grow their internal human assets and save Australian businesses time and money in the long run. Our business is built on recruiting for the recruitment industry - you would be damaging an important talent pool by not allowing recruiters to hire from overseas.
